Reiki is a powerful, non-invasive healing energy tool to help restore balance and calm to the body. It is administered by simply touch and energy and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to feel well, healthy and balanced. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words – Rei which means “God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power” and Ki which is “life force energy”. So, Reiki is actually “spiritually guided life force energy.” My Bespoke Alchemy Reiki Sessions are a blend of energy work that is used to fully at·tune the whole of the body. Each session will be held in my healing room at my house, the space is designed to bring comfort and is a safe place for you to rest and receive. You will receive a full intuitively guided Reiki session. - A warm, cozy bed using Amethyst Biomat infrared heating pad, which is an infrared light and negative ion technology which will improve health & wellness. - Aroma Point curated Metamorphosis oils, applied to specific acupuncture points on the body to tap into the energy body, align, release stagnant chi, ground the body and provide restoration. - Crystals intuitively selected and applied around and to the body. - Sound healing to fully immerse the body in healing vibrations. - Time after the session for tea, integration and to process anything that surfaced. You will then go home with a bespoke essential oil blend and a Reiki attuned crystal to work with over the next few weeks. These sessions are designed for rest and recalibration of your nervous and energetic system. You will leave feeling nourished, more centered and at peace.
