A deeply balancing treatment designed to bring rest, relaxation, rejuvenation and balancing of the energy body. Combining a relaxing Gua Sha facial massage and reiki attunement. Gua sha is an ancient form of massage that involves using a tool to increase the circulation of fluids underneath the skin, reduce inflammation and promote wellness. In Chinese medicine, inflammation is believed to be a result of stagnant chi (energy) in the body. A Gua Sha facial is focused on lifting, releasing tension, rejuvenating, nourishing and illuminating you from the inside out. It allows for the energy channels and meridians in the face to open, balance and restore, providing overall wellness and vitality. My Bespoke facials are a blend of energy and massage work that is used to fully at·tune the body and aim to provide a little bit of heaven on earth feeling. Each session will be held in my healing room at my house, the space is designed to bring comfort and is a safe place for you to rest and receive. You will receive an intuitively guided Gua Sha Reiki Facial session focusing on the heart, throat, third eye and crown chakras. What to expect... - A warm, cozy bed using Amethyst Biomat infrared heating pad, which is an infrared light and negative ion technology which will improve health & wellness. - Jade Gua Sha Facial Massage - Hot Bian Stone therapy to balance yin & yang energies - Application of Chi balancing mist and Blue Lotus oil blend - Crystal Jade Face Mask - Channeled Reiki throughout - Sound healing to fully immerse the body in healing vibrations as you rest - Time after the session for tea and reflection This treatment will allow for rest and recalibration of your nervous and energetic system. You will leave feeling more centered and at peace. Allowing you to take the time you need to nourish and nurture yourself. We don't always take enough time for self-care, and this sometimes is often revealing of the deeper relationship we have with our whole self. My aim is to nurture, support and help you to release any stress. Allowing for more space of peace and joy.
